Here is what you will hear when you call 877.626.4032:

Using the Automated System
Dial 1.877.626.4032The system can be accessed from any touch-tone telephone. (If you use a rotary phone, you will be instructed to stay on the line. Your call will be transferred to an ACS Customer Service Representative.)

Enter your Social Security Number. Have your Social Security number handy when you call.

Enter your Personal Identification (PIN)#. You may use the automated system to change your PIN# to a number of your own choosing. If you are in more than one plan, you have the opportunity to select the plan, then the system provides summary information.
Welcome to the Main MenuThe Main Menu prompts you to select a desired transaction.

Investment Price and Yield Information

This Main Menu option provides current net asset values for each of the investment choices.

Personal Account Information

This Main Menu option has several sub-categories:

  • Press 1 for Total Account Balance
  • Press 3 for Fund Transfer (to transfer existing account balances from their current investments to other investments)
  • Press 4 for Future Savings Allocation Elections (to change the investment of future premiums and contributions)

Loans

This Main Menu option has three sub-categories:

  • Press 1 for Available Loan Amount
  • Press 2 for Outstanding Loan Information
  • Press 3 to Model or Initiate a New Loan

Withdrawals

This Main Menu option explains withdrawal options and provides amounts available for withdrawal. (Eligibility must be established through an MMBB Member Service Representative.)

Change your PIN#

Members can select this option to change their PIN to a number of their own choosing.
