Personal Identification Number
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) allows the ACS HR Solutions Service Center to customize the service it offers you. Once you have entered your Social Security number and your PIN, your account profile is available immediately - giving you, and an MMBB Member Service Representative or an ACS Customer Service Representative access to your account information and eligibility.
Your PIN protects you. Think of it as your signature authorizing the Service Center to send your personal information over the telephone wires or through the mail.
If you forget your PIN, you can call the Service Center and select Option 0 from the Main Menu. Then press either Option 1 to speak to an ACS Customer Service Representative or Option 2 to speak to an MMBB Member Service Representative. The Representative will mail you a PIN reminder. (Representatives cannot give you a new PIN over the phone for security reasons.) You also can request a PIN reminder through the internet site.
When you receive your PIN, you may change your PIN to a six-digit number of your own choosing. Pick something you aren't likely to forget - but note that the system will not permit you to choose a PIN that would be easy for someone else to guess (the last six digits of your Social Security number, for example, or numbers representing your birthday).
