1st Vice President
Dr. Annie Marie LeBarbour has been serving MMBB since 2005. She is retired and was formerly the director of her own consulting firm, LeBarbour Associates, Inc.
A graduate of Central State University in OK, she earned her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Her past and present ABC service includes member, General Board; President, Board of National Ministries and a member of its Finance Committee; Chair of the Board, Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School; and President of the Board of American Baptist Churches of Rochester/Genesee. Dr. LeBarbour is a member of the Lake Avenue Baptist Church in Rochester, NY. MMBB service began in 2005. She currently serves on the Benefits Committee, of which she is chair, the Executive Committee, the Governance Committee and the Personnel Committee. She is the MMBB Board of Managers 1st Vice President since 2022.
