Peter Fairchild is the Director of Member Relations for MMBB. With a career spanning over three decades, he has a proven track record of leading teams in brokerage, insurance, and hedge fund environments with a strong focus on client relations, customer success, and service excellence.
Peter's journey began at TD Waterhouse, where he progressed from Trainee to Vice President of Customer Service, overseeing operations for over 3 million accounts. At New York Life Insurance, he managed large-scale call centers, implementing strategies that earned industry recognition for outstanding service. Most recently, as Director of Customer Service for a large financial services organization, he spearheaded the development of a new CRM strategy, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Known for his innovative problem-solving skills, Peter excels at mentoring high-performing teams. His commitment to improving the customer experience has made a lasting impact in the financial services sector. Peter holds a BA in History from Southern Methodist University.
