Senior Benefits Specialist
Grace Cruz, CRPC® is an MMBB Senior Benefits Specialist, addressing member and employer benefit inquiries. She also ensures awareness and understanding of the broad range of MMBB benefits and services.
Grace brings with her a high-level banking experience and a stellar commitment to customer service. Most recently, she served as a personal banker at Citibank, helping analyze clients’ financial needs and meet their objectives. She also spent close to 20 years at TIAA-CREF working with members to achieve their financial goals.
She earned her B.A. in psychology, with a minor in economics from Hunter College. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Animal Center of Queens and enjoys learning about astronomy. Grace is bi-lingual, serving both our English and Spanish-speaking members.
