Gwynn L. Perlich has been serving MMBB since 2004. She is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of St. Vincent Southwest Indiana in Evansville, IN, and previously held leadership positions in the St. Vincent system in Patient Care and Non-Clinical Services.
Ms. Perlich earned her M.B.A. from Anderson University and her M.S. in Nursing from Indiana University. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Indianapolis, where she’s served as a member of the Finance Committee and chair of the Budget Task Force. Her MMBB service began in 2004. She is currently a member of the Audit Committee, Benefits Committee, Development Committee, chair of the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Governance Committee, Investment Committee, and chair of the Personnel Committee. She has been president of the MMBB Board of Managers since 2014.
