Nikita Giselle McCalister is a Transitional Consultant for the American Baptist Churches of Michigan (ABCMI). Past positions include serving as Transitional Pastor at the Westhaven Baptist Church, Port Huron, MI, and as Senior Pastor for Bethany Baptist Church, Pawtucket, RI. She has written several publications relating to faith and culture, and has received countless affiliations, awards and honors.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Ms. McCalister earned a M.Div. from the Boston University School of Theology and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy. MMBB service began in 2023. She currently serves on Audit Committee, of which she is vice chair, the Development Committee and the Governance Committee, where she is also vice chair. She previously served on the Benefits Committee.
